This is Roussillon’s powerful terroir-sun-drenched schist and old vines-given a luxurious, Bordeaux-inspired polish. Expect concentration, depth, and a wine that demands attention.

Tasting Profile

• Color: Deep, inky purple, almost opaque.
• Nose: Explosive and rich, featuring concentrated black fruit-blackberry, black cherry, and plum-layered with notes of warm cocoa, garrigue herbs, and sweet baking spice from oak aging.
• Palate: Full-bodied and intense, yet surprisingly smooth with a plush, velvety mouthfeel. The structure is muscular, supported by ripe tannins and a powerful, lingering finish that echoes with mocha and dark fruit preserve. This is a wine built to impress.
