• Color: Deep ruby, evolving into a rich, dark garnet.
• Nose: Initially restrained, the bouquet unfurls with layers of concentrated black cherry, brambly black fruit, rose petals, and a distinctive earthy, loamy minerality. With age, expect notes of truffle, smoke, and exotic spice.
• Palate: Full-bodied and elegantly muscular, showcasing a concentrated core of fruit supported by lively acidity and a broad framework of rich, powdery tannins. The texture is silky-smooth on entry, leading to a focused, persistent, and saline finish.

Pairing & Service

This is a collector’s wine that requires an equally complex, high-toned dish. Best served at 60-64°F (16-18°C). While immensely enjoyable with time, it can be approached younger with a long decant.
