The Domaine Chevrot Santenay 1er Cru ‘Clos Rousseau’ Blanc is a luxurious and highly sought-after Chardonnay from the southern Côte de Beaune. Produced from a tiny, Premier Cru plot on Bajocian limestone, this wine reflects the Chevrot family’s commitment to excellence-certified organic farming and regenerative viticulture, including horse-drawn plowing. This is a limited-production wine built for the cellar and the finest dining tables.

• Color: Brilliant pale gold with subtle green reflections.
• Nose: Classic and intense, presenting complex aromas of candied lemon, verbena, green pepper, and a hint of fresh hazelnut from judicious oak aging.
