Featuring a higher proportion of Merlot (often around 50%) than the Grand Vin, this wine delivers immediate charm and a velvety texture. The palate is defined by ripe black fruit (cassis, cherry), sweet spice, and a hint of graphite, all framed by elegant, fine-grained tannins from 17 months of careful aging in 30% new French oak.
