Tasting Notes & Profile

• Color: Deep, intense garnet with purple hues.
• Nose: Complex and inviting, boasting powerful aromas of ripe black fruits (blackcurrant, plum), layered with spice (liquorice, black pepper), and well-integrated oak notes of vanilla and toast.
• Palate: Full-bodied and fleshy, the wine is built on a framework of dense, silky tannins-hallmarks of a great Canon Fronsac. A beautiful balance of rich fruit and fresh acidity leads to an exceptionally long, elegant finish.
• Cellaring Potential: High. Enjoyable now with decanting, but will develop beautifully over the next 8-10 years.
