This red wine is crafted using the same ‘Bio-Precision’ philosophy applied to the Grand Cru Classé, ensuring a wine of profound elegance, structure, and aging potential.

Tasting Notes

• Color: Deep garnet with brilliant, dark reflections.
• Nose: Intense and complex, featuring a core of rich black fruit (cassis, blackberry) lifted by notes of cedar, graphite, and a subtle hint of tobacco leaf and spice from 18 months of oak aging.
• Palate: The entry is full and supple, developing into a velvety texture supported by fine, well-integrated tannins. The dominant Merlot (95%) offers a lush roundness, perfectly balanced by the Cabernet Franc (5%) for a fresh, elegant, and long, mineral-driven finish. A classic Bordeaux experience.

Pairing & Service

For the best experience, serve between 61°F and 65°F (16°C-18°C). Decant for one hour to allow the complex aromatics to fully unfold.
