Tasting Notes (Representative Vintage)

• Color: A radiant, bright gold that deepens into rich amber with maturity.
• Nose: Powerful and expressive, featuring dominant aromas of candied apricot, quince, tropical fruit (mango, pineapple), and citrus zest. Underlying notes of honey and delicate vanilla toast from the oak add complexity.
• Palate: The wine is full-bodied and unctuous, offering a creamy, velvety texture. Its luscious sweetness is beautifully counterbalanced by a vibrant, refreshing acidity, leading to a long, clean, and elegant finish.
