Tasting Profile (Typical Vintage)

• Color: Deep, dark ruby-purple, almost opaque.
• Nose: Powerfully aromatic and elegant. Expect an explosion of concentrated black fruit (cassis, blackberry), exotic violet florals, black olive, smoked bacon, and sweet baking spices from the new oak.
• Palate: Full-bodied and immensely structured, yet with a velvety, concentrated texture. The tannins are firm but perfectly polished, leading to an incredibly long, mineral-driven finish. It’s a wine of simultaneous power and weightlessness.
