Farmed biodynamically, it’s a powerful, sun-drenched blend of Grenache and Syrah designed for the cellar and for pairing with the finest cuisine.
Tasting Notes
- Color: Deep, brilliant, intense garnet.
- Nose: Highly expressive and complex, offering layered aromas of very ripe black fruits (blackberry, elderberry), warm baking spices (licorice, pepper), and a distinct wild ‘garrigue’ herbal essence.
