Crafted by Vite Colte, a cooperative uniting 180 passionate growers in the heart of Piedmont, the Barolo “Paesi Tuoi” is a powerful and elegant expression of 100% Nebbiolo. This wine is a testament to the region’s historical blending tradition, ensuring a balanced and age-worthy Barolo DOCG. Following a meticulous 15-20 day fermentation, the wine undergoes a minimum of two years of aging in large oak barrels before bottle rest, a process crucial for softening its formidable tannins.

The “Paesi Tuoi” presents with a brilliant ruby red color, maturing to a classic garnet hue. The bouquet is rich, generous, and complex, immediately signaling a fine, structured wine:
