• Appearance: Bright golden yellow with silver highlights.
• Nose: Pronounced and captivating, offering a bouquet of ripe apricot, yellow peach, honeysuckle, and lychee, subtly framed by notes of spice and cedar from its time in oak.
• Palate: Full-bodied and round, the wine has a creamy, oily texture (sur lie aging) that coats the mouth. Flavors of tangerine, stone fruit, and a hint of vanilla lead to a long, precise finish that remains surprisingly fresh.
